Emergency snack... go for BOILED EGGS
To fight cravings and blood sugar disturbances, it's good to have a quick snack on hand. Boiled eggs are my go to snack, as they are rich in high-quality protein, B vitamins, selenium, iodine, choline, biotin, vitamin D and vitamin A. Additionally egg yolk is a good source of omega-3 fats. Boiled eggs are also easy to pack for on-the-go lunches.
Make it a habit and every Sunday evening hard boil 5-7 eggs, so you can keep them ready in the fridge for up to 7 days. That way you won't be tempted to reach for a processed packaged food when the hunger strikes.
